Methodical Working

Give a group of individuals the same task, and each will approach it in a different way.  Organisations need diversity and creativity, but many individuals and teams find it difficult to handle.  Very often businesses find:

  •   Lack of clarity about what is to be achieved
  •   Confusion over the way to achieve results
  •   Projects which run over budget and time
  •   Teams that do not operate effectively

There has been a lot of research into systematic thinking and methodical working.  This research, combined with years of observing what it is effective teams actually do to achieve high quality results, enables me to work with organisations to build their own ‘Framework for Action’, a common language which crosses all cultural boundaries and enables each individual to facilitate their thinking when working on their own, or with colleagues across any part of the organisation.  Companies are left with their own framework for ‘how we do things around here’.
